Our Oak pizza logs are cut to an approximate length of 25cm with a diameter of 5cm so that they fit well in domestic pizza ovens and heat up quickly. They have been kiln dried to deliver a moisture content of less than 15%. Oak burns for a long time delivering a constant heating while you are cooking. 

Each net contains approximately 20 logs.
