We only have access to limited amounts of Hornbeam timber. Every year we will start selling it towards the end of the summer. Our next batch will be released in late summer 2026. You can register for a back-in-stock notification, 

Seasoned hornbeam is considered by many to be the best firewood you can get. It's dense like oak, but it is easier to light and burns hot. It was used by blacksmiths for forging due to the intense heat it gives out and the long burn time. 

We have secured a limited amount of hornbeam from a local woodland and after a year of seasoning in the round, processed and dried, ready for your fires. 

Our logs are cut to approximately 23- 25cm and are 7.5-12.5cm in diameter. 

Our firewood is delivered in 80x80x80cm bulk bags that contain approximately 0,75 cubic meter of loose-filled logs as the bags stretch during loading. Our bags are filled and shaken, and topped up before delivery. You are entitled to expect value for money and that means a well-filled bag.
